Frequently Asked Questions

Do you see clients remotely or in-person?

Both - currently I see clients from all over the UK, online via Zoom or if they're local and their preference is in-person, then I see clients at Bedford Consulting Rooms, based in Bedford, UK. Phone sessions are also possible.

How do we get started?

Once you have contacted me directly, either by email or via the Contact Form, I will aim to be in touch within 72 hours, to organise an initial telephone consultation. There is no charge for this, and there is no obligation to make an appointment. Following this, we would book an initial assessment appointment. This is an opportunity to discuss the difficulties you/ your child might be experiencing, goals and hopes, and any worries or fears you/ your child might have about whether therapy/ coaching is right for you/ them.

How often would we have sessions?

Weekly or fortnightly sessions are ideal for both therapy and coaching, enabling the momentum to build.  A regular cadence helps to create the best possible outcomes. We can discuss frequency following the assessment.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with me is kept confidential, except in the case of risk of harm to yourself/ themselves or others. This will be discussed during the assessment and more details is provided in the consent forms.
